I’ve spent years working directly with students in Pinellas County Schools, supporting kids, teens, and young adults through real life challenges that come with growing up — stress, friendships, transitions, and everything in between.

My style is warm, practical, and down to earth. I focus on helping students build confidence, resilience, and coping skills they can actually use at school, at home, and with friends. I understand how academics, social dynamics, and family routines all connect, and I work closely with parents so therapy feels supportive, clear, and useful.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions in a calm, welcoming space designed to help students feel comfortable and understood. My goal is simple: to help young people feel steadier in their day to day lives and to give families practical support along the way.
